The CEO of Zomato, Deepinder Goyal, is married to entrepreneur Gresia Munoz, a former model. In February, this couple returned from their honeymoon. Munoz, who is originally from Mexico, currently resides in India where she runs her luxury consumer products firm and hosts television.

Zomato recently caused considerable controversy by announcing plans to develop a “pure vegetarian” service in response to user input.

A report on HT.com quoted persons with knowledge of the situation said Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal married former Mexican model Gresia Munoz one month ago. According to the article, the couple had returned in February from their honeymoon.

Gresia Munoz is a Mexican national who was born and raised and presently resides in India. She is a television host and the creator of a company that sells luxury goods.

They excitedly shared early this year’s peeks of their new life by touring some of Delhi’s most well-known locations. Munoz’s triumph at the 2022 Metropolitan Fashion Week in the United States was one of her accomplishments and demonstrated her prowess in the fashion industry.

The Debate Over “Pure Vegetarian”

In 2008, 41-year-old Goyal launched Zomato, originally known as Foodiebay.com. Zomato made headlines recently on March 19 when it revealed that it would be launching “Pure” in response to user input. In order to make sure that the delivery partners handling these orders don’t carry any non-vegetarian foods, this service will specifically collaborate with vegetarian restaurants.

The implementation of distinct delivery partner outfits for vegetarians and non-vegetarians was met with criticism. Concerns were promptly allayed by Zomato, which said that orders purchased via the vegetarian option will be delivered by riders donning the company’s iconic red uniforms.

Goyal stressed the need for rider safety and made it clear that, although vegetarians will continue to wear a different clothing, all riders would now wear the same red uniform, meaning there would be no physical difference between the two groups of delivery workers.

Goyal is well-known within the group of famous Indian business founders. He recently discussed Zomato’s innovative business approach of admitting failures and moving on, speaking to startup founders and entrepreneurs at a startup conference in Delhi.
